EDZAPHIL DEV’T & PROPERTY SYSTEMS, INC. is a family-owned property management and construction company. It started operation in 2017, although still young in existence but at its helm is an experienced real estate professional that has been in the industrial estate industry for more than twenty (20) years. Thus, the company has the distinction of having complete understanding of the needs of the Lessees and Lessors alike that promotes excellent relationship of the two parties. We were able to achieve it by providing and ensuring that the needs and concerns of both the property owners and tenants are being addressed to personally, professionally and promptly.

Our aim is to continue to provide tenants with high-quality space and service in exceptionally maintained buildings. With this in mind, our group supports Owners in their development from inception up to the final phase of construction. In return, we see to it that we are able to provide the right tenants in terms of lease terms and rates, to our building Owners.
